Apo Village

This is Apo Village seen from the boat on the way in to the beach, the main part of the 800 people living on Apo Island are living in the village. The paths / roads on Apo Island and in the village are well kept and paved, so it is easy to walk around and explore Apo Village.

It must be awesome living in an area with this much flora and fauna, imagine having a world class marine sanctuary and seascape almost in your back yard.

The boat landing area is on the right side of the village when you are looking in from the boat. This is the same area as Apo Island Beach Resort. The beach in front of the village is stone / concrete and there are a lot of banca boats, so this is not the right place to lounge about getting your sun tan.

The village has a billiard hall and several sari sari stores where you can stock up on drinks and snacks.
