Arriving at Apo island Beach Resort

This is a closer picture of Apo Island Beach Resort, we are just about to arrive on the beach, you can see the various rooms they offer in the resort.

Apo Island Beach resort has 9 rooms priced between P1350 and P1950 - The ones I would choose would be in the duplex, two rooms at P1480 each. good value.

Apo Island only has electricity for 3 hours a day, from 6PM - 9PM, but Apo Island Beach Resort has electricity from 6PM to 9PM, so that gives you a full 3 hours more of electricity. They also offer to leave the generator on longer if you want, but then you have to pay for the fuel to run it.

The beach resort has a nice restaurant, you can sit out in the broken coral-sand under a huge nipa umbrella and have your lunch while you rest up from your morning snorkeling trip.

The menu is limited but the food is good. They have nice cold drinks as well. I asked them how they keep drinks cold with only 6 hours electricity a day, and they then told me that they use ice boxes and they get ice every day from the mainland.

Again, no reason to bring a cooling box with drinks, you can get your cold drinks at Apo Island Beach Resort.
