Good Snorkeling on Apo Island

This is a good snorkeling spot right outside Apo Island Beach Resort. the good things about this spot are:

1) I saw a juvenile harlequin sweetlip today
2) I also saw a black and whitebanded seasnake today
3) They got good corals and good walls on the rock formations.
4) Cold drinks between dips
5) They keep the annoying vendors out of their area

I love the color of the ocean here, this is the kind of water I want outside my house, looking at this you can not even see that there are semibig waves 50 meters behind us. The water here is sheltered by the rock formations.

If only they would spend a little money on someone to keep the water here clean, then Apo Island Beach Resort would get all plusses in my book.

While snorkeling on Apo island, or any other destination in the Philippines you should use a water and sweatproof sun tan lotion, the sun here is very hard and you will not feel anything until it is too late because of the nice and cooling water on your body.
