The beach at Malatapay looks a little dirty, they should clean it up a bit considering it is a waypoint to a major tourist attraction in the area.

Malatapay Beach is very quiet, and there is even a small beach resort right here, so if you fail to secure a room on Apo Island, then you can stay right here and still dive around Apo.
