When I go over to Negros, I usually dive Apo. I have done the car wreck (wasnt it parts of a multicab?) and the east sanctuary. It was nice where there was coral coverage, but it was mostly barren sandy bottom. We made artificial reefs in an area with a similar bottom composition on the SW coast of Florida and they are doing very well 25 years later.
What do you think are the best dives there? I like to see corals or interesting macro ... there was a bit on the vehicles and the corals were ok in the sanctuary, but much of my tank was burned travelling in low quality areas. |
