 House for sale by Malatapay
Hello there, just tasting the waters to see if anyone would be interested in buying a three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen with living area house approx 25 Km. from Dumaguete.
First the bad news: no running tap water (although a manual pump has been fitted in the backgarden, hence there is the possibility to install a tank), no phone line and in need of refurbishment, unfurnished. It sits by a small clean river, but the water is not stagnant hence no bad odour, the side of the river bed has been built up with boulders and cement to avoid erosion. No title at present but it would not be much of a problem for me to obtain it as it is properly recorded.
Now the good news: GREAT LOCATION as it sits just off the National Highway opposite Malatapay, hence at walking distance from the Malatapay Beach Resort and just a pump boat ride to Apo Island.
All windows are glazed and have metal grills fitted. Electricity is fine.
As mentioned, it needs a bit of time and investment but once done that it would be a little jewel, either to live in it or to let.  |
