Thanks jellyfish, Im also quite sure that there is a construction on that area as some of my friend told me as they take that road as well going to Ursumco.
I experience via San Carlos but that was also 2years ago I also loved this route views are teriffic.. I recently heard that there was a land slide on that un paved portion on the mountain going down san carlos.. Im not sure if that road in now passable to cars. |
