We do have a lot lot of bakeries but it seems that they all sell some daily. It's amazing. OTOH, a carenderia is good because it's more affordable, it can still be as clean, and family food is taken care of as well. My late mother ran one way way back during my high school days. Our food fare was always minimal due to the carenderia. Close to establishments such as schools, hospitals, rapidly developing areas--these might be the areas you'd be looking at.
