What drives me up the wall are people who try to rationalize it and talk about how it isn't wrong (I don't think it is wrong, but they try to argue the point.) I get the feeling people have a guilty conscience when they do that. And then they come up with the silliest arguments. If you want to marry someone half your age, just do it and forget about what other people say.
I was a squad leader during my AIT training in the military. There was an ugly girl in our same company who would sleep with anyone who hung out with her on the weekends. Every Sunday intelligence reports would float in on the latest guy who ended up with her during the weekend. Often it was someone in our barracks and my Sunday fun would be to point these guys out. I had always warned all the new guys as they came in that I would do this if I found out.
Most people got pissed and vigorously denied their weekend adventures. Of course, they couldn't argue with our eyes on the ground.
We would continue to give that person crap until our next victim the following week. It was a great game.
However, some guys were proud of what they did. When I brought it up, there were nothing but grins and nods. For these guys, I would slap them on the back, give them a hearty congratulations for getting lucky and then that was the end of it.
