Yeah, The land is very good in Dumaguete. But kind of worried about population is there enough for business, Cebu almost unlimited supply of customers in Cebu. such a large supply of customers. not as much traffic in Cebu as Manila, But it just means in Cebu they can drive a little more crazy.
just make turns where ever they want just pull out in front of others etc. etc.
