This is a bit off topic but a similar item. I was in Citi Hardware and wanted
a fan that was on the top of the shelf, so the employee brought a stepladder
that was much worse than any I've tossed out. The bottom two steps were
missing, some bamboo was wired to the side to hold it together and various
parts were taped on. I asked the kid why he didn't get a better ladder and
he said "the owner wouldn't supply one". I would guess the owner is chinese. |
