well I appreciate your good heart, but to have a house and a business building is a security or preparation that your wife have a good future when you are gone.I dont think so.The main is she can stand herself without you, means she had a job, she had a capability to run the business herself without you(many businesses just gone in the wind when the husband died because the wife dont know how to handle the business),or she receive a pension.The house what is the house , it will also gone easily once she dont have a permanent income herself.The main is she had a pension when you die that is enough then she will be safe (will not get hungry).Anyway you don't have children,renteng a house or apartment from the pension money(when you die) is also not bad because she is alone. |
