I'm wondering if it might be better to rent after all. Monthly rentals in Dumaguete are unbelievably low compared to European prices. Maybe the smartest move is to let my property in the UK, and use part of the letting income to rent in Duma. Despite the house price crash in the UK, I still have more confidence in the UK property market. |
