Hi: I am looking to rent a house on or over looking the water. Perhapsin walking distance to schools.Prefer 3to 4 bedrooms. Any Ideas? Also, are people living in Dumaguete friendly to new arrivals?I live in Cebu now and neighbors treatyou like you have the plague. Thanks |
