The operations manager seems to be a chain smoker, its best to get a table far from him if you are a non smoker.
I noticed numerous meals were served late, some up to two hours. Plates, knives, forks and spoons not placed on the tables.
A group sat at the bar, ordered pitcher of Daiquiris while waiting for a table. Later the party moved to a table, the operation manager assisted by carrying two full glasses of the daiquiris, he tripped on bar stool, spilling 20 percent of the contents of one glasses. He wiped the glass dry, proceeded to the table without refilling the glass.
On another visit I witnessed a waitress being terminated openly in front of customers.
For me Casablancas is much better. |
