Thanks for the input. I did read about the SC ruling and the situation Boracay
land owners may be facing. Will see how that shakes out first before we actually purchase any property in or around Dumaguete. At the moment we are just trying to get cost of living #'s and an idea on property values. Are you living in Dumagete now?
