I’m a Filipina, Im not living there, but I have some relatives living in dumaguete.Years ago I’m also searching lots there, also in Valencia, but all what they offered to me have no proper documents , not titled.My auntie giving advised to me that the one in a subdivision are more safer to buy.So I did it,I bought a small lot in one of the subdivisions in dumaguete.All no hassles, documents are all clear. It’s good that your wife is aware about this untitled lands, that’s really a wise things to do.
