Thank You Mam A, and we truly have a lot to learn. We purchased our first lot from family, then Asawa ko went thru' so many challenges trying to get the lot into our name as the family members we purchased from didn't have the lot in their name and we ended up going to original owner. Luckily she signed it over to us, but the way the lots were originally subdivided, ours is the only one that has any papers filed on it, and we cannot obtain title until all the other lot owners file their own papers...We learned a valuable lesson for sure!
