Oh good! For as long as your rights over the prop are annotated in the mother title that's one big step already. I am not sure anymore where the ROD would be located this time but what I know for sure is that you can still go ahead with titling even if the other owners haven't processed their documents. If you have the deed of sale and if you can borrow the mother title, then you're all set. If not possible to borrow the mother title from the hands of the other owners, then annotation at the ROD's copy of the mother title would be the next best thing. This is what I know so far.
