I want to thank the people who responded to my questions about Ben Lu Subdivision. I talked to him about 1 hour ago and he answered my questions and helped me make my mind up on purchasing the house. And volunteered to help my son with any repairs needed untill My wife and I get there. So no need for anyone to respond to this thread now. Sorry if I put anyone on the spot.
