i MOVED down from Cebu after being there 11 years.
I'm happily married and converse with my wife but miss the expat friendships
I had in Cebu.
Most of my friends are English and Australian businessmen but even a fellow septic would be cool. Filos, Qiwi's, Frenchies Norwiegans too! I'm looking for mildly intellectual conversation (i.e. can read) on my balcony by the beach sipping some wine,beer or even tanduay.
