i dunno either, for a view of the tsunami actually hitting the beach, would be well expensive, lol, i lived 500mts from the beach....erm hard to call a beach in Dumaguete a beach, but it had sand, maybe not white or yellow stuff, my rent was 5500php unfurnised, but i know sum1 thats paying 8000 for furnished, free elec and water, so he don't care how far it is from the beach. so it's a matter of trade off in the end |
