As far as i know there is no ferry between Santander and Dumaguete.
There is a pumpboat between Santander and Sibulan and there are some small pedestrian ferry's between Bato & Tampi and also a Ro-Ro-Ferry between Bato and Tampi
So it depends if you have a car or not
Anyway from Bato to Negros Oriental there are Ferry's every 1,5 to 2 hours day & night. |
