Not much of an inside track,I just watch alot of news over here. I live in California and work for a Defense Contractor on a Millitary Base 2.5 hours North East of Los Angeles. {china lake naval weapons test station}. We are located just a few miles inland of State Highway 14 and Highway 395 off of Highway 178 that leads to Death Valley. So basically,We are on the edge of the Mojave Desert and near the beginning of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range,just 1 hour South of Mount Whitney {tallest point Continental U.S.} and 1 hour south east of Death Valley {lowest point below sea level continental U.S.}. The town I live in located directly off the base is called Ridgecrest,a town of around 30,000 People,give or take 5000 Illegals....joke joke.. |
