I guess it's hard to have everything,
a beach, cheap rent and low cost for living, but there are opportunities. Have a look at the SmartBro webpage, i signed up for the 999 peso package, signed up on Wednesday, got it on Friday and it seems working quite good. as I am not an online-player i don't know if its good enough for that, but my downloads are really fast.
