It was lucky those times we were at sea forest ,it always almost empty , one or two people or just us .But most times we go late afternoon to evening just cooling down before moving to Jo's and drive on.

I was about to post a similar comment. We visited Sea Forest on several occasions and it was near empty everytime. But we went during the week, probably different on weekends. We did have fun, though

You are right PN. It's nice that you and family have already been there and tasted the yummy food. When we visited her last year, they were still cleaning up the area where they built the native restaurant. PN, have you seen her place up while there? To see her place is like a theraphy. It's like you are in paradise. Some people who had visited her place say, your problems will just disappear once you're up her place plus the Our Lady's Garden, just incredible.

PN, the view is fabulous, no wonder the first time we set foot on the area, decided to buy the place without hesitation. Best decision we had.

In that case I have to congratulate you even more !! Monte Mar l;ooks great for the view , but TOO tranquil and it seessm hat the developper ,has made to much commitmants and does not stick to them in other words people move in .. and out..
A new balay though cost arounf 3 or 23.5 M peso only.. but the association due is 1.800 per month uhh. for 1 guard lang !!

As my experience is yep buzzy at the weekends.. But I like to have a place of my own so.. Great for us !!
If it would be on sale , I would buy that place for sure..
