The walk from the main landing area where you also find the two resorts Liberty and Apo Island Beach Resort is a 10 minute walk through the village. You walk past a billard hall and quite a few sari sari stores. both Globe and Smart e-load are sold here so I guess both have signal on the island.
You also walk past 2 public shower areas, that was quite interesting to see, I havent seen public shower areas like that before here. the shower areas are basically just shallow wells, I did not check if they were fresh or salt water
Everybody you meet on your walk here are super friendly, they ask your name and where you are from.. And if you manage to get lost on this short walk it will be no problem asking any of the locals here directions
A little note, bring change cause you certainly want to buy a few bottles of mineral water on the way
