Default Panglao Hotels

I previously posted about a Panglao hotel in the Other Destinations section. I didn't have any success with my hotel search for Dec. due to high season. However, while I was doing my research during that hunt I found contact info for many of the hotels. So why not share it here.

Disclaimer: I can't vouch for the accuracy of these details. It may be out of date or otherwise, but should give anyone going to Panglao a good starting point.

Much of this is from the Panglao section on this page:

Dumagitnon, if you would have bothered to read, this forum is for those interested in opening topics on Bohol. ON BOHOL... take note, Bohol. Yes the website is for Dumaguete but for those interested The Dane put information on the neighboring islands so as to give them more information. So no need to go insulting wak-wak. YOU'RE THE ONE WHO'S WRONG. I believe you owe him an apology. We're all friends in this forum. So don't tell anyone to back off, you've got no right.

Wak-wak and garbonzo, Bohol Beach Club is nice.. me and my whole clan stayed there for a week and we had a blast of course they ran out of beer thanks to us. Hahahaha. There's this place called Panglao Island Nature Resort, I'm not sure if it's still there but it's great! It's secluded so you've got your own private beach for the resort and all. The cottages are placed in such a way that you have privacy. And i loved pigging out on their food!

Tagalog? Cebuano? I don't know that language. Maybe one day, but today I don't. A translation would have been nice since this seems to be primarily an English speaking board.

Thanks cheskaraul & garbonzo for adding to the list.

During all my reading/research I saw a few reviews that also agreed BBC is a great place to stay and return there each visit. I noticed the hotels there in general are priced higher compared to other locations in PI I have visited.

Basically what dumagitnon said was:

Buy bulad (that's a fish) is the market so that you will become fatter and taller

The Local Folks are all small these days

BBC is a great place to stay in but I preferred PINR, totally relaxing And it is a little more pricey but worth it in my opinion

I mentioned in another thread that when I signed up I put a link in my profile.

My girlfriend said it is a "witch" also, but that doesn't seem accurate. At least compared to the definition of "witch" I know. There is more to it than that. Seems like a bit of vampire mixed in there too. Anyway the link in my profile says it.

You seem to be focused on my board name instead of Panglao. Does my name scare you?

Here is my picture. hehe

How is that related to Panglao??

I am already tall enough....and I don't want to be fatter.
