Sorry I don't see the humor in you post. Can you get a brand new home here that is furnished with a new tv, 2 air conditioners, beds, dinning table, washing machine cheaper than this? If so pm me.

maybe it has something to do with the way you are posting and promoting the house. You give actually NO information at all in your initial and the following posts (and information is, what this board should be about, ...as a reminder DumagueteINFO)

To avoid comments like above it would help a lot to post size, garden ?, location AND some pictures.

And to be honest I know quite some places in Duma, not new but one or two years old similar equipped for 12-15K

well you may be right Rhoody but there is a reason I have posted the way I have. If it is not appropriate please feel free to delete my post. The house is located only a few minutes from the city in a nice area. This is not my house and I gain no gratuities if I find someone to rent it. I personally thought that the house was good value for 20,000. I looked at houses in Duma and I thought they were kinda out of the way. Anyway each to their own.

This is FIGMENT/MAM A. Yes, your partial info is attractive due to the cue words "brand New". Do post the value info as it would sell more quickly and actually be helpful too. House renting in DC is quite in demand and something like this would be a sell-out but only with the info. I have myself posted something of my own in classifieds with as much info as possible. While the apartelle I am trying to ad is on the well-aged side, it has been renovated for better amenities. So do post things like: internet availability, phoneline, hot water supply, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, any kitchen and dining? etcetera. The information would be quite helpful. House renting and moving are two huge decisions that have to be made well. Especially for expats and even for locals.
