Well, that's why I agreed to get a farm lot in Bongbong. He..he hope I made the right decision. Downside is the road to Casororo falls is a little bit tricky?

Take a look at APO VISTA in Zamboanguita (mulay) 22 km from Dumaguete very easy to find.
Very nice place and still under construction and you can buy a lot over there.
They are now starting to built a swimmingpool and clubhouse.
