Advice on diving, please.

Hello everyone,

I need some help to solve my questions on diving. I got my Open Water Dive Certification about 5 years ago. And I did a few dives in Sabah, Borneo. I love to venture in diving again, and I pick Dumaguete and Panglao as my diving destination. But I have a problem. I lose my Certification card 2 weeks ago, but I still got my log book. Do you think I'm still allowed to dive just by referring to the logbook? Any suggestions or advice would be lovely. Thanks for sharing!

from memory you should be fine, i lost my certificates years ago, but still had my dive log, it's always better to have a quick tutorial, especially if it's been a few years since your last dive.

Each dive-shop with an online connection can resaerch in the database is you are PADI certified. When you know the operation you are diving with send them a mail in advanced.
