Does anyone know where there is a good health food store in Dumaguete? There is a shop in the Evergreen Mall that has a few items but not the health foods I want.

What health foods do you want? If you are looking for those in jars and vials, you might have to import them. We usually get them while traveling overseas. But hey, the local markets offer a rich supply of veges and fruit as well as fresh seafood. For cheap veges you can get them at the "paunay" market in Piapi on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There is a wide choice of healthy foods that offer a good range of nutrients.

I am trying to get in touch with Healthy Options in Cebu, and will visit them next week.

I'm thinking they could send stuff by LBC if you need something special...is that the kind of thing you were thinking of? Maybe we could combine shipping?
