If that isn't political I don't know what is. I wasn't trying to regulate the board. I was referring to American politics on a board dedicated to life in the Philippines. Your original question,"What does expat mean", indicates you haven't spent much time outside the US. You will find there are plenty of other nationals more than willing to criticize us.
I agree with you that the American public education system is broken but I don't think you will find the Philippine public education system is an improvement. Just as in the states there are some good private schools in PI and some great students. Filipinos have a great respect for education.
