hm...I guess that Dgt is quite safe place to live...anyhow the shootings and that kind of stuff's is everywhere...in Europe a lot of people die every day because of violence or something...so if the human is listening just to one part of brain...not using another part...the spirit part...that's why he used the gun...right?

a guy just got attacked with a hammer on a subway in philadelphia and over 10 people on the train watched and did nothing..... you think dumaguete has problems?

Thing is, Dumaguete is a small city yet the shooters are never caught...plus, their targets are known to many residents of the city...the victims are not just shot at random, it is planned...sadly, police are always helpless solving the crimes...always blame witnesses not cooperating so, end of story, wait for next shooting
