I didnt think my post would bring that much input or controversy but I thank everyone anyway . Just a quick response though . Buying a house in dumaguete is not the end of the world for me, nor will it break the bank . As far as living there , remember , life is not as much about where you are going as it is relative to where you have been . thanks again , .....Carl
