Default expenses to expect

Hi
We will be moving to Dumaguete in mid September. This is a question that should have been asked before deciding to move but we would like to know is if some one could advise what expense we would have to expect when living in Dumaguete. At first we would expect to rent a house (3 bedroom). So our expenses would be rent, electric, food, water, telephone, internet, cable, maid and what ever other charges that might be incurred.
Could any one just give us a rough estimate of that these expenses would be?
Thanks for your responses in advance.

Default Roughly around

6 to 7 thousand on bills: cable, telephone, internet, electricity, water
1500 to 2000 for the helper that you could also house and feed if you so prefer, 200 per day for the driver if any, from 5,000 to 20,000 thousand on rentals depending on one's preferences. Roughly 7,500 to 15,000 per month if going complete on the installations. If not, living simply, one can do this: roughly 11,000 a month in which 2,500 is for food, 2,000 for the bills, 1,500 for the helper and the rest for rent. These are ballpark figures.
