 Tambobo under scrutiny
Looks like the Halcyon days of sneaking in and out of Tambobo with your yacht might be over. An article in the Negros cronicle yesterday pointed out Gov. Macias is going to crack down on foreigners smuggling drugs, guns, and bringing in serious contagious diseases to Dumaguete. This is exactly what the article insinuated.
Why not just say we are going to make sure all foreign vessels meet requirements for bringing passengers and things legally into the Philippines? Another Picture insinuated the yachts are dumping their waste in the water. Do any domestic boat owners do differently?
