| Good post Rev. Having been in various service-oriented industries it's an all-too-common occurrence for customers to blame the guy that shows up rather than the decision makers much higher up the chain of command. It's nice to see the opposite presented here.

| We have a house in Magnao near the NORECO Road beach. Have you had much difficulty in working with NORECO? Our house is in dire need of electrical upgrade. I plan on doing the majority of the work myself, but need a qualified electrician to do the service connection. Are there any in the area? Paul Las Vegas |

| This is a bit off topic but a similar item. I was in Citi Hardware and wanted a fan that was on the top of the shelf, so the employee brought a stepladder that was much worse than any I've tossed out. The bottom two steps were missing, some bamboo was wired to the side to hold it together and various parts were taped on. I asked the kid why he didn't get a better ladder and he said "the owner wouldn't supply one". I would guess the owner is chinese. |

But I work here in Taiwan so everyone is chinese funny but they seem to like the good stuff not cheap as I had always heard. very much like Americans, they very nice people. very polite and big hearted If I want something always get it and it is new. nothing funky |
