Cell phone repair

Today a filipino friend of mine was given a price 1700 plus for a cell phone repair that would cost 700 peso's in Cebu. This has nothing to do with being a foreigner but that to do with fair play. We are just talking about changing a damage graphic display.

The shop concerned evidently has many branches here in Duma.

Can some one advise me on the most fairest place to repair a cell phone in Duma somewhere that never overcharges on a repair for any model of nokia?

Or does one need to go to Cebu for a better price?

At the present I am not mentioning any company but if its mentioned as being the fairest place on these theads I will condem the business and its practise not for over charging foreigners but everybody.

try VORTEX cell shop at the parking lot, back of Cang's (main). At least its where i would have a cel repair; and they're good in repairing too. Look for Engr. Ragpa, or anyone of their staff would do.
