I am also a Filipina, i bought a property in Valencia but with a complete titles. Not all properties in Valencia that does not have proper doccumentations . It just happen that your relatives meet those case. Anyway, if you are aware on documents that should be the first thing you are going to consider in buying a property and you should reseach the property that you wish to buy before deciding anything. Properties in Negros are cheap specially if your realtor is not overpricing. If you need some help in buying lot i can recommend good people to help you. Thanks for reading...
