I would like to know if anyone know of Beach Front Property close to Dumaguete? 3 bed room hopefully reasonably priced. My home is in Bais City. can you help? Thank you

I can't help you with your question.
I looked if I could find it on Google in a quick search.
There are many sites to find under "Beach Front Property/Properties Dumaguete" but these are not houses but brokers.
If you are from Bais, it's better to drive along in Dumaguete and look and ask around.

Thank you Jellyfish for checking it out for me. I am visiting in the US helping out my cousin and her husban for now. They are willing to help me if I can find something reasonable. My son is going to college in the dumaguete now. He lives in a boarding house during the week and goes back to Bais on week end. If you doo hear of a place with clean title please let me know. :-)
