| Thank you for the welcome everyone. I live in Florida USA and married to a wonderful filipino that is interested in coming to DUMAGUETE to finish nursing. When my wife gets permanent green card will think about finding a house for rent near one of the colleges.I think will be before the next semester starts probably june of 2009.I am planning to bring my dog which is a large black RUSSIAN terrier so need a house that allows a dog so if have any suggestions they will be appreciated |

| Basically it's recommended you don't bring a dog, lest one of your neighbors eats it when you're not watching. - If you wait one more year, your wife can get her US citizenship. Well worth the effort to stick it out, then there's no more red tape. She's so close now; once she's got it-it's forever! Don't leave the US during that year, or she might have trouble getting the citizenship. Not even to Canada or Mexico. ![]() |
