No vandals no muggings there was nothing to rob

People were happier in those days
Kinder and caring in so many ways

Milkmen and paperboys would whistle and sing
A night at the cinema was one mad fling
We all get our share of trouble and strife
We just have to face it thats the pattern of life

Now I'm alone I look back through the years
I dont think of the bad times the trouble and tears
I remember the Blessings our home and our love
And that we shared them together I thank God above

Infatuation

Infatuation may not be real love

But to enjoy the feeling of being free

Is to feel whatever you want to be.

It is just something that fades away

As time rolls on.

But it maybe with over zealous passion

And you have to weigh it with emotion.

Life becomes complicated

When you get implicated

With someone impetuously.

To infatuate maybe to feel foolish and silly

But it may lead into a compromising situation

And it may turn to fascination

And fascination may turn to love.

Yes, john boy, I had that feeling when i was in high school, infatuated with my 26 year old high school teacher because he was very caring, helped me a lot in my homework (not to cheat ok?) and then fascinated by his good looks and so on, and the next thing I knew, I had fallen in love with him, sssssshhhhhhh, just a secret swan

Like floating melodies into dreams = Fantasy

Like rounding lips calling the Lord's name = Prayer
