Default Power outage losses vs Noreco compensation?

What if anything does Noreco II cover as far as food spoilage or appliance damage?
Fast this Life of mine was dying
Blind already and calm as Death
    Snowflakes on her bosom lying
    Scarcely heaving with her breath
Love came by, and having known her
In a dream of Fabled Lands

For brownouts nothing. for Power Surges. make a claim but you will need paperwork, receipts etc to support the claim. I believe the Appliances have to be in warranty time.

Should you make a complaint Noreco will likely advice you to buy a generator to avoid your food get spoiled. This is The Ph.

Princess and i been gone now for 3 weeks starting in Northern Vietnam and working our way south to Saigon where we are now and haven't had a single blackout at all. In addition, even the very smallest of eateries/cafe's have WIFI internet and it's dead fast.

IN March we spent a month in Cambodia and thailand and again, not one single flicker of a light or blackout.

She's beginning to realize that Philippines is substandard living to the countries surrounding it. Sad, but true.
