Silay /Bacolod Airport?

Has anyone used the new Silay airport? Is there secure parking to leave your viehcle at?We have a home in Guihulngan and we either fly into Dumaguete or Bacolod having someone bring our pickup and drop it off for us. We flew into Bacolod last year but to the old airport. Be leaving Idaho the 28th and flying to Negros the 31st. Do most of our large item shopping in Dumaguete and Bacolod. Thanks for any info,Dick & Susan
