Default still trying to get a price list from LOTIFF

still trying to get a price list from LOTIFF. I e-mailed them a couple of days ago but "wala". maybe I wanting it to fast working here in Taiwan very much like living State side. So any one have an idea about pricing at citihomes for the two story house that is shown on the website? thanks

There size is small and cost high. I built a bigger house in Mindanao. less than half what they want.

If you built a house yourself....sure it is less expensive (at least when you do it right !).
Mindanao also can be less expensive. It differs from region to region.
But I know several constructors here in the area (Dumaguete) who surely are more expensive than Lotiff.
It's also a mater of what performance (material and labour) you do require.
I know a lot of westerners who thought they could build their house for a reasonable (their judgement) price.
Many came with an end-result of double the budget !!!!
The good thing ....they also could only blame themselves.

Default A little slow

Sorry to reply so slowly. But I have been busy working. I was a Engineer and have bulit a home already. only problem I had was supplies went missing. The prices are up in mindanao too. I will figure it out not a big issue to me. just always on the safe money idea.
