Looks like a bloated carcass of a poor drowned mongrel dog washed up on a beach.

Must be an experiment gone bad, especially as this carcass was found in Montauk, close to an island where an animal research center is located. Myth or suburban legend? Whatever it is, it will continue to remain a mystery.
