A place to stay in Cebu (rent)

Hello everyone..i need your help..my friend is looking for a place to stay in Cebu. It may be an apartment or a room with its own CR, clean and presentable place that is for rent. He will be working in Cebu and is looking for a place near Ayala. Just one ride from the apartment to Ayala. If you know a place, pls let me know. Or just PM me.

Across PLDT in Osmena Ave, there is a Lotto stand. Beside it is a road going inside. There you can see a long line of apartments. Last tym I stayed there for 6 months for my board exam review in 2004, the rent was 2,500 per month (free water and electricity). Im not sure how much the rent is now. So start from there and just ask around. Good luck!

Also, try in Talamban. There's a Shell gasoline station fronting the University of San Carlos campus. In the gas station, there's a pathway on the left side of it. In there, too, they have lots of "for rents", few apartments, etc. From there, just ask around. It is also a one-ride to Ayala. Just ride the "13-C" jeepney so that you can save money.

hi, along Jones, there's a lot of rooms for rent w/ its own toilet and bathroom. If i'm not mistaken its infront YMCA...coz I was also looking for an apartment while I was in Cebu..just try there.
