snorkeling in padre burgos an around

Hello,

Anyone who snorkeled at Padre Burgos /Lumisawa or other places around? Is there good snorkeling from shore. We read about Tangkaan beach that sounds perfect. But how strong are the currents? We are bringing to young snorkelers 6 & 10 yr.

Are there any whale sharks sighted recently?

Any other places with snorkeling from shore?

What about accomodation? Clean, basic bungalow on the beach is what we are looking for. As close to good snorkeling as possible of course.

How is the snorkeling compared to apo/cabilao/balicasag/siquijor?

Grateful for answer - trying to decide an itineray!
