PLDT phone

Has anyone figured out where PLDT local office is or will be? I have seen their trucks around town, but when I stopped by the Cruztelco office, they acted stupid and denied having been acquired by PLDT (via Smart Broadband, Inc.).

I can answer my own question now. I saw a PLDT truck and pulled over to ask the supervisor. He says they are still scouting office space, but plan to have one open within six months somewhere downtown.

Can anyone confirm if PLDT wireless landline or Bayantel Wireless landline works in the Dumaguete area?
